Oatmeal was the name of the game again this morning. I have lots of blueberries in the freezer and decided to throw a handful into the mix. I don’t like eating them frozen, so I cooked them along with the oats, and I wasn’t all that impressed. It was ok, but maybe I should have just let them thaw?

I know it doesn’t look all that appetizing, but it was pretty good. Learning my lesson from yesterday, I just used 1/4 cup of the quick cook oats. I also added a banana, and a Tbsp of my new crunchy Barney Butter.

I had an awesome surprise today. I put on a pair of slacks (knowing that they were a size smaller than I usually wear) and they fit! I have been able to see/feel some of the weight changes in my body, but it is great to have real, concrete milestones like this!
