Tropical Oats
I really like how filling oatmeal is for breakfast. With some other breakfasts I usually get hungry around 10:30, but with oatmeal, I can easily go to 12:00 or later.
I put the frozen blueberries on my oatmeal after I cooked it this morning. I like that better than cooking the blueberries with it. I also replaced the PB with a serving of dried tropical fruit mix.
The dried banana was a little strange when eaten along side a slice of the banana I sliced up to cook in the oats, but still good. I liked this combo, and it was very filling. A slice of toasted homemade honey wheat bread was a perfect side!
I’m looking forward to tonight’s dinner. I think I am going to make some fancy pasta with a white sauce. I will have to hurry though, because I have to make dinner and the snack for tomorrow’s party, both before Judo. I am finally to the point where my whole body doesn’t hurt any more, so I guess the timing is right for another dose of ouch.
