When you enter your email address, there is a captcha mesage checker underneath. Just type the leters / numbers you see into the text box and click “Complete Subscription Request”. If you do not enter the letters correctly, a message will come up at the top of the screen that looks like this:

You will know when you entered the message correctly, because a message will say “Your request has been accepted!”. At that point, you just have one more step… An email will be sent to the address you provided. You MUST click on the verification link in that email in order to complete the subscription!
