Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake

Has anybody heard of the “Holy Yum!” award that some food bloggers pass around? I know it’s not my creation, but if it were, I would definitely nominate this beauty of a cheesecake for that distinction.
I don’t know if I could dream up a desert that is much more decadent than a rich cheesecake sitting on a layer of peanut butter, a crust made with Oreos®, and topped with hot fudge ice cream topping and Reese’s® peanut butter cups! WOW!

I used to be a little hesitant to make …

Layered Brownies

My church hosted a Christmas bazaar / bake sale / breakfast this weekend. I am very lucky that there are so many excellent cooks and bakers at that church, because we have a monthly potluck and I get to try a new assortment of dishes at each go ’round. Even still, I am not going to give it the “Quick and Easy” classification though, because I did …

Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Although this is really a dessert, I grouped it in with the appetizer series, because Abby served these at her party last week. The idea was to provide lots of finger food goodies, and these fit the bill. If you haven’t already, be sure to visit this post to get all the recipes.
I’ve made this fudge several times over the past few years. It is truly a rich, decadent dessert, and is sure to satisfy even the biggest craving for sweets. The consistency is very different …
