Well everybody, I’m finally ready to share the source of my distraction these past few weeks.
Meet Liam:
This is our new little guy. Aside from already earning the title of Cutest Baby Ever (not that I am biased), he has one really cool birthday.

Value is an interesting word to define. It’s based partly on market standards, but grounded in individual perspective. An old phrase comes to mind: “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure”. While that is kind of taking the whole value thing to the extreme, I think it perfectly illustrates the significance that an individual’s taste affects the perceived value of an item. Time to finally share my most recent creation. My wife and I have been baking up a bouncing baby boy! We are about 21 weeks along now, and everything is going well. Obviously, at this stage, we don’t really know a lot, except that he currently weighs just under 1 lb. Well, that, and that the ultrasound lady saw boy parts, so there is a little boy chef on the way.
Couldn’t wait to share with everyone.

I’ve seen around the blogging world that a lot of people like to make their oatmeal in their empty peanut butter jars so that they can scrape out every last bit along with spoonfuls of their morning oats. While I applaud that thrifty practice, I thought I would share the slightly different approach we take in our household.
