Over the last few years, I have gathered a small hot sauce collection. I love the funny names and pictures on the bottles, and I even like to use them from time to time. Apparently, I frequently channel Emeril, as I like to “kick it up a notch” in my cooking. And, as anyone who has eaten their fair share of hot sauces knows, those things can really catch up with you sometimes.

Wow, I don’t know how I forgot to share this with all of you… Just before New Year’s, I went to Savannah, GA and made another pilgrimage to one of my favorite stores: The Savannah Bee Company. They have an amazing store that is dedicated to their love for all things honey.

Apparently, I am the biggest chocolate lover at my church… We had the monthly potluck dinner this past weekend, and after dinner was a basket silent auction to raise money to send the children of the church to summer camp. Well, long story short… There was a “Chocolate Lovers” basket, and I bid the most! I was really excited both to help out the church, but also because there are some fun things in the gift basket.
