Update: Boots and Lose the Dough

Simple Fruit Salad

Isn’t it just amazing how much color that fresh fruits and vegetables can add to a meal? As we do every Sunday, my family got together for lunch, and fruit was to be my contribution this past weekend. I love fresh pineapple, but had never bought a whole one. My Mom makes a Chicken Pot Pie that is so good she is able to use it to bribe people to do things for her. Seriously, it actually became a bartering tool… and a very persuasive one at that.
