Wow, it was so cold this morning. I thought this is supposed to be August, but the temperature outside felt more like November.
I was craving a warm bowl of oatmeal today!
This was a simple mix of
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1 Banana
small handful of Raisins
1 Tbsp of PB
I really like the rolled oats over the quick cook kind. I didn’t even need any sweetener aside from the banana. Tasted great and was right at 500 calories.

Breakfast:
Today started out great with an Oatmeal Pancake!
This was my first attempt with these, and I must say… I like it! I topped it with a smashed banana and a light drizzle of reduced calorie syrup. Add a couple of fresh cherries and a small glass of milk and it becomes the perfect start for the day.
