Black Bean and Shrimp Burritos

This is one of mine and Abby’s favorite go-to, low-fat recipes. We usually have the ingredients on hand, it is cheap, and it is really easy. They also freeze well. We will often wrap some of the leftover burritos in plastic wrap and place them in the freezer for a quick, ready-made meal later.
