Lunch
I packed a salad for lunch today and topped it with some of the leftovers from our grill night.

It’s a mountain of a salad, packed with:

Romaine Lettuce
Green Pepper
Cucumber
Carrot
Dried Cranberries
Grilled Yellow Squash and Zucchini
Salmon

I’ve started reading labels more and realized that my fat free dressing that I thought was pretty healthy has high fructose corn syrup, and it’s pretty high on the list. I guess I will start looking for a new one. In the past I have really enjoyed just cottage cheese on top of salads. Maybe …
